1. Dinosaur ( yep, you have to see it to believe it)
This is one of the best ideas I’ve seen! I even used this idea in my show reel with a showgirl from Invasion angels events filmed in Manchester. You could argue it looks like a Jurassic park raptor which weaves around your guests during the drinks reception having endless selfies with all your clients. Again, this is memorable and makes great use of a photo album from your evening.

2. Magician / illusionist (Danny Jewell?)
Hiring a Manchester based corporate magician will be one of the best, if not the best form of entertainment to keep guests amused throughout the company drinks reception or around all the tables. That’s what I do! I perform interactive close up magic for people of all ages ensuring your guests remember the event in years to come with magic and laughter whilst creating conversations for people throughout the evening.
3. Lookalikes
This quirky idea brings the glitz and glamour from your favourite celebrities to your corporate event! There’s many options available from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. If your event has a younger audience, game of thrones, superheroes or singers can be hired to entertain your guests. Some people think this is cheesy however, you’ll be surprised how effective lookalikes can be.
4. Music
Everyone loves to dance after a few drinks to close out the evening. A high quality DJ / Band starts the party shortly after the tables have been cleared. From experience, I think what makes a great DJ is their ability on the microphone and how they interact with your guests. Building rapport is key and always speak to the act and find out what music they will be playing throughout their performance.
5. Caricaturists
Caricaturists are a wicked idea that mix and mingle at your event sketching a drawing of guest’s faces. They exaggerate the picture beyond belief with the nose, chin, hair and my favourite, the teeth! Guests also get to keep their drawing and frame it at home for some extra laughs.
